NEW Construction & Remodeling

We are very happy with the work done by CID. A huge shout out to our project manager, Ben D. He worked closely with my husband who planned to do the finishing details. This was a big project with lots of moving parts! Two additions to our existing home, new bathroom, laundry room, fireplace, electrical/plumbing, new roof, new AC and Pool/spa with paved patio! I am so happy to be in our forever home!!

We contracted with this company to build a 66 foot steel fence and gate. I was very pleased with the Project Manager, Paz Josefzon. He returned phone calls very promptly, always arrived in a timely manner and greatly assisted in resolving snags when they occurred during the process. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable price while still using high quality materials. We are very pleased with the final product.

I used Ron and CID to build a pool and install decking. Ron was super friendly and gave the best price. Unlike others he was upfront about costs. For example he included concrete coping and heating for the pool where others had it as an additional add on. He was accurate with the timeframe and his workers were great. Ron also has an excellent eye for design. The pool looks amazing and I am so happy I chose them. I highly recommend!

We hired CID to fill in our pool and replace it with turf and build an outdoor pergola. They did an outstanding job. The Project Manager was there for all our needs. He answered any questions we had and was always there, checking on the progress of the work. The Foreman was excellent as well, very accessible and helpful. The finished work was awesome. We love our new backyard and thank CID for their professionalism and workmanship!

I hired Ron after he had done some work at my mothers house. He was always responsive, reasonable, and professional with me. He and his team redid our entire kitchen and master bathroom, as well as partial guest bathroom, as well as other things smaller things in the house. We are very happy with the results.
